Educational training for 3rd year students at Azerbaijan State Oil and Industry University by “Maybo Calibration” LLC

Nargiz Huseynova, Laboratory Manager of “Maybo Calibration” LLC, conducted an educational training for 3rd year students at the Azerbaijan State Oil and Industry University.

As part of the training, the students were provided with:

• Basic principles of the ISO/IEC 17025:2020 standard;
• Basic concepts and application areas of metrology;
• Quality control in diagnostics and measurement systems;
• Calibration process and measurement uncertainty;
• Detailed information on real laboratory experiments and examples was provided.

The purpose of the training was to arouse interest in this field among students, familiarize them with the real work environment and the requirements of international standards, as well as to form a practical approach.
